The TOP 5 CRM's For Salespeople

Let's be fair, there are A LOT of CRM systems out there.

Some big ones, some more bespoke ones, and many in between.

Perhaps you already use a CRM

Perhaps you wish your current CRM did more

Perhaps you don't have a CRM yet

After talking to sales teams all over the world and using all of these CRM's ourself, here are our TOP 5 CRM's that offer the most for salespeople and sales teams:

NUMBER ONE - Pipedrive

Our all-time favourite CRM for salespeople has to be Pipedrive. It is the first CRM designed by salespeople, for salespeople. It's currently being used by over 95,000 companies in 179 countries and is helping them sell 28% more.

Imagine being able to generate 28% more sales in 2022?!

Pipedrive say:

"When it comes to developing features for Pipedrive, our philosophy is simple – everything is built around activity-based selling. We believe that in sales (and in life) you can't control results, but you can control the actions that drive deals towards completion."

Some of our personal favourite features include:

  • Pipedrive's VISUAL SALES PIPELINE is incredible for helping salespeople and sales teams stay organised and in control even with complex sales processes.

  • Their reporting is one of the best out there and helps sales leaders easily track everything their sales team are doing

  • The Pipedrive mobile app is PACKED with features allowing you to log call activities, see which clients are near you, schedule activities (even when you're offline), take notes and take and upload pictures.

  • Their AI infused automation tools are brilliant

For us here at The Daily Sales, Pipedrive is by far the BEST CRM for salespeople and sales teams.

NUMBER TWO - Salesforce

The biggest CRM out there is one that many will know about and most probably have used at some point in their sales career.

Their CRM has many amazing features and has so much potential, its biggest challenge often being the complexity of the system and also the price.

We've certainly seen some sales teams who absolutely love Salesforce and who have integrated it extremely successfully across the team and wider business.

NUMBER THREE - HubSpot

HubSpot have a good CRM and the best part (and worst part) is that it's completely free! For small companies who don't have budget, it is a fantastic solution and a great stepping stone into the world of CRM's.

The challenge with anything free is that it lacks the many features that you get with a paid CRM (that are often worth the money you pay).

So if you're not sure about spending money on a CRM yet, then HubSpot is by far the best solution for you.

NUMBER FOUR - Microsoft Dynamics

Microsoft Dynamics is definitely an under-rated CRM in the market. It's packed full of amazing features and is often rated highly by the salespeople using it but it's not one you see talked about a lot.

With the acquisition of LinkedIn a few years back, our hope is that they are working on some exciting integrations that will help take it to the next level.

NUMBER FIVE - Freshworks CRM

We've been really excited seeing how Freshworks have been developing and growing their CRM system. The platform has won many awards and is very easy to use.

One of their big things in 2020 was bringing sales and marketing together, and utilising their CRM to truly help both departments work in sync.

We would love to know what CRM you use? Let us know in the comments! Which one is your favourite? Which one would you recommend?
